Earlier that day at 7:53 a.m., the department was called to the 800 block of Oak Street for a report of fire in a basement. Firefighters ventilated smoke in the basement and investigated, finding minor damage. No injuries occurred.

At 12:21 p.m. Tuesday, responders were called to the 10000 block of Legionville Road after reports of a boxcar fire. Firefighters extinguished a small fire next to a stovepipe in a workshop.
