HILLMAN — A 20-year-old Hillman man was injured when his snowmobile crashed at 4:03 p.m. Friday, Feb. 7, on Sage Road near 143rd Street, 4 miles southeast of Hillman in Mount Morris Township.
The Morrison County Sheriff’s Office reported Hunter Lund was driving a snowmobile south along Sage Road, when he was ejected from the snowmobile after hitting a road approach. Lund was transported to St. Cloud Hospital by North Memorial Air Care with multiple injuries.
The sheriff’s office was assisted at the scene by the Pierz Fire Department, Morrill-Lakin-Mount Morris-Buckman First Response Team, North Air Care and North Memorial Ambulance.
