Boy Scout Matthew Soukup of the Pine Tree District Troop No. 45 presented his Eagle Scout project to Brainerd Parks and Recreation Director Tony Sailer.
Soukup's project, a pergola for Gregory Park, was funded primarily by neighbors in north Brainerd.
