STAPLES-Students from across Region Five will put their work to the test at the 2019 Regional Science Fair Thursday, March 7, at Sourcewell in Staples.
Open to students in fourth through sixth grades, the science fair is designed to encourage kids' natural curiosity through the exploration of the scientific method. The event focuses on finding answers to a question or observation through an experience, research or project.
The fair's open house is 3-5:30 p.m., with awards at 6 p.m.
