There will be a special Brainerd City Council meeting at 6 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 15, to discuss the Memorial and Mill Avenue Park lease agreements, in the city hall council chambers, third floor, 501 Laurel St., Brainerd.
The meeting is open to the public.
