Robert and Lynn Halbrook will speak 6 p.m. Sept. 26 at the Brainerd Public Library about Minnesota's most renowned haunted places.

The library program is called Minnesota Stately Spirits. Teens and adults are invited to experience strange phenomena of haunted places and see artifacts retrieved from their sites.

This free Legacy Program is funded in part or in whole with money from the vote of the

people of Minnesota on Nov. 4, 2008, which dedicated funding to preserve Minnesota's arts and cultural heritage.
