Authorities arrested several suspects Sunday morning in connection with the homicide of a Buffalo woman.

Cheyenne Lee Clough, 19, died Saturday as a result of injuries sustained last week during an assault at Crow Springs County Park, the Wright County Sheriff's Department reported.

In the early hours of Sunday morning, multiple law enforcement agencies, acting on a search warrant, arrested Justin Michael Jensen, 28, and Natasha Leanne Brandenburger, 33, both of Maple Lake, Minn., at a residence west of International Falls, according to the sheriff's department.

In a separate incident near Staples, Minn., authorities arrested Edward Victor Zelko, 26, of Buffalo, also in connection with the homicide.

On Wednesday at 8:09 a.m., the sheriff's department responded to a call reporting a body found in the park. Emergency personnel discovered Clough unresponsive, but alive, and transported her to North Memorial Hospital, where she died three days later.

Members of the Koochiching County Sheriff's Office, International Falls Police Department, Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension, Beltrami County SWAT team, Border Patrol and Minnesota State Patrol collaborated in the arrests.
