Tax Aide volunteers will not provide usual in-person service in 2021

Tax aides are developing a plan to work remotely with clients to prepare taxes because of COVID-19.

Due to COVID-19, Tax Aide volunteers in Crow Wing and Cass counties will not provide the usual in-person service in 2021, according to a news release.

These volunteers are developing a plan to prepare taxes remotely with minimal personal contact. It is unknown which tax sites will be open or when.

Do not call for an appointment at this time. Further updates about this plan will be in the Brainerd Dispatch.
