Tri-County Community Action Partnership, a nonprofit anti-poverty agency with the stated mission to stabilizing economically struggling families, will host a family event noon to 1 p.m. Aug. 8 at 2410 Oak St., Brainerd.
Attendees will get to interact with fire, military, medical helicopter and police vehicles. There will also be face painting for attendees to enjoy.
The event is free and open to the public.
