A 17-year-old was struck by a car as he was crossing Highway 27 in Mille Lacs County.
The crash was reported at 10:33 p.m. Saturday.
Cody Grundeen, 17, McGrath, suffered non life-threatening injuries. He was transported to Mille Lacs Health System in Onamia. Grundeen was on the north side of the highway and was struck as he attempted to cross to the south. Alcohol was detected in Grundeen's system, the Minnesota State Patrol reported.
Ross Christensen, 62, of Isle, was driving a GMC Sierra passenger car east on Highway 27 when the crash occurred. Christensen was not reported injured. The vehicle had minor damage.
The Isle Police Department and Mille Lacs County Sheriff's office assisted at the scene.
