A teenager died after he was ejected from a vehicle after it left Highway 71 south of Long Prairie.

The crash was reported at 5:16 a.m. Monday in Todd County.

The 2002 GMC Sierra was traveling south on Highway 71 when it went off the road, vaulted a driveway and rolled, the Minnesota State Patrol reported.

Dalton May, 19, of Browerville was ejected from the vehicle and died at the scene. He was not wearing a seat belt. The vehicle either didn't have an airbag or it didn't deploy. The GMC was totaled in the crash.
