Township election results

Many area townships had elections Tuesday. Listed below are the results of all the township elections in Crow Wing and Cass counties whose clerks responded to requests to provide the results.

Bay Lake Township

Supervisor: three-year term-Jon Steblay 20 votes.

Treasurer: two-year term-RaeJean Anderson 20 votes.

Center Township --

Supervisor: three-year term-Leon Yeager 25 votes.

Marty Severson 1 write-in vote.

Treasurer: two-year term-Melonie Flaws 26 votes.

Crow Wing Township

Supervisor: three-year term-Dave Schultz (unopposed) 24 votes.

Special election for town clerk to fill vacancy in term expiring March 13, 2018-Duane Ruona (unopposed) 25 votes.

Treasurer: two-year term-Sue Kern (unopposed) 26 votes.

Daggett Brook Township

Supervisor: three-year term- Jim Barrett 37 votes.

Special election for town clerk to fill vacancy in term expiring March 13, 2018-Gretchen Nelson 32 votes, Kathy Kraklau two votes.

Treasurer: two-year term-Patrick Kraklau 36 votes.

Fairfield Township

Did not respond to request for results as of 5 p.m. Thursday.

Supervisor: three-year term.

Treasurer: two-year term.

Fort Ripley Township

Did not respond to request for results as of 5 p.m. Thursday.

Supervisor: three-year term.

Treasurer: two-year term.

Ideal Township

Supervisor: three-year term: David Peterson 25 votes.

Maple Grove Township

Supervisor: three-year term: Bill Kronstedt 9 votes.

Treasurer: two-year term: Teresa Miller 9 votes.

Rabbit Lake Township

Supervisor: three-year term-Cal Tuper 14 votes.

Treasurer: two-year term-Angie Hasskamp 14 votes.

Roosevelt Township

Supervisor: three-year term Chris Hewitt 16 votes.

Doug Gearhart 7 votes.

Treasurer: two-year term Shirley Weyer 22 votes.
