Crow Wing County maintenance crews will begin to spray patch throughout the week on County Highway 11, between Highway 6 and the Aitkin County line.

Crews will continue spray-patching areas along County Road 144, between highways 18 and 25 and County Highway 45, from the Morrison County line to County Highway 2.

Crews will work on one travel lane and shoulder simultaneously, creating the need to close one lane of traffic. Signing, flaggers or portable traffic lights will control the traffic flow through these work areas.

Ditch mowing will continue on various roads throughout the county. Full road right-of-way mowing will take place where it is not too wet and will continue into October.

Residents are asked to keep all signs, including political signs, out of the road ditches so county mowing operations are not delayed and county mowers are not damaged.

Gravel smoothing will take place on county roads Tuesday, Sept. 4, through Thursday.
