Crow Wing County maintenance crews will clean ditches along county highways 36 and 1, and County Road 106 in Ross Lake and Little Pine townships throughout the week.
Crews will work on one travel lane and shoulder simultaneously, creating the need to close one lane of traffic. Signing, flaggers or portable traffic lights will control the traffic flow through these work areas.
Crews will also start mowing behind various guardrails throughout the county and brushing the road right of ways of County Highway 30, and county roads 145, 131, 134 and 105 throughout the week.
Jory Danielson, county highway department maintenance supervisor, anticipates having snowplows out Monday, Nov. 18, because of a forecast of rain and snow.
