Trash Fire at Jaycees Park

The Brainerd Fire and Police departments responded shortly after 7:30 p.m. Wednesday to Jaycees Park on the 1600 block of Rosewood Street following a report of a garbage fire possibly burning a pavilion. Responders extinguished the fire, which blackened a pavilion post. The cause of the fire was unknown Wednesday night. (Brainerd Dispatch - Kelly Humphrey)
