MOTLEY - Two men were hospitalized Friday after their vehicle was involved in a Thursday rear-end collision with a snow plow on Azalea Road near Motley. The accident took place at about 2:40 p.m. Thursday.
Eric Hanson, 17, of Browerville was the driver of the vehicle that rear-ended a Morrison County snow plow driven by Robert Sanders, 35, of Little Falls. Sanders was not listed as injured.
Both vehicles were traveling west on Azalea Road when the collision took place. Hanson and Adam Bandemer, 19, of Baxter, were taken to a hospital in Staples with unknown injuries. They were then flown to St. Cloud Hospital where on Friday afternoon Hanson was listed in fair condition and Bandemer was listed in critical condition.
The Hanson car was listed as a total loss. Major damage was sustained to the snow plow.
