The Brainerd Police Department is alerting the community regarding two Level 3 predatory offenders who will be relocating in Brainerd.
At about 8:30 p.m. Monday, police learned that 29-year-old Joshua Chad Tromblay moved from the 100 block of Gillis Avenue Northeast to the 400 block of South 11th Street in Brainerd. Tromblay's prior offenses include criminal sexual conduct involving penetration with an adult female he was known to. He also has a prior history of sexual contact with a 3-year-old female victim.
Police have also learned that 54-year-old Terrance Lee Lindmark will be moving to the 100 block of Gillis Avenue in Northeast in Brainerd. Lindmark is expected to be released from the Minnesota Correctional Facility in Lino Lakes on or about Nov. 23. Prior to Lindmark's incarceration in June of this year, he lived on Fourth Avenue in Northeast in Brainerd. Lindmark has a history of sexual contact with male and female victims between the ages of 4 and 10. Contact included penetration and force was used to gain compliance and Lindmark was known to the victims.
Since neither of these two offenders are new to the community, no public notification meeting will be held, police said. Public information sheets will be available on the Brainerd Police Department Facebook Page and at the police department.
In a news release the Brainerd Police Department reminded residents that neither offender is wanted by police at this time; that the notification is not intended to increase fear in the community, but to keep the public informed. Police also ask that the public report criminal activity by these offenders or any other individual by calling 911.
