UPDATE: Highway 210 crash results in fatality

At least one person died as a result of injuries suffered in a two-vehicle collision Friday afternoon on Highway 210 at 25th Avenue Southwest in Cass County, the Minnesota State Patrol reported.

At least one person died as a result of injuries suffered in a two-vehicle collision Friday afternoon on Highway 210 at 25th Avenue Southwest in Cass County, the Minnesota State Patrol reported. 

The crash was reported at 12:22 p.m Friday near Hengel Ready Mix & Construction west of Baxter. Law enforcement agencies and firefighters from Cass and Crow Wing counties responded to the crash. Law enforcement has asked that motorists seek alternative routes around the area.

The names of the people involved and the cause of the crash were not immediately known.
