BAXTER-Emergency crews responded to a serious crash Friday night on Highway 210.
The crash was reported about 6:14 p.m. Friday at the intersection of Highway 210 and Knollwood Drive in Baxter. The westbound lanes of the highway were closed to traffic while crews cleared the scene. One person was airlifted from the scene by North Memorial Air Care, which landed on the highway and emergency responders and firefighters carried a woman on a stretcher to the waiting helicopter.
Baxter Police Sgt. Dave Timm said one person was injured in the crash and the other individual in the second car was unscathed.
Editor's note: This story was corrected to reflect a woman, not a man, was airlifted from the scene.
