Vehicle collision injures 18-year-old Pierz man

HARDING — An 18-year-old Pierz man was injured in a two-vehicle crash Friday, Nov. 6, while turning into a private driveway east of Harding.

The Morrison County Sheriff’s Office was called at 4:10 p.m. to a two-vehicle crash with injuries in Pulaski Township. Tanner Young, 18, Pierz, was traveling east and Sean Krych, 46, Hillman, was traveling west on 243rd Street, according to the report. Young was making a left turn into a private driveway when he was struck by the vehicle driven by Krych.

Young was transported by Mayo Clinic Ambulance to St. Gabriel’s Hospital in Little Falls with a possible head injury. Krych was uninjured.

The sheriff’s office was assisted at the scene by the Pierz Fire Department and the Sullivan Lake First Response Team.
