A 42-year-old man was injured at 5:09 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 19, after being involved in a multiple-vehicle crash on Pine and South Fifth streets in Brainerd.
The Brainerd Police Department reported a vehicle -- driven by Blake A. Herbst, 21, Baxter -- and two motorcyclists riding side by side -- driven by Douglas D. Winger, 42, Remer, and Zackeria M. Winger, 23, Brainerd -- were traveling north on South Fifth Street. Zackeria Winger, who was ahead of Douglas Winger, slowed down to allow people to cross the street and Douglas Winger slowed down.
