Vehicle ejects driver in crash

CASS LAKE--A 40-year-old Cass Lake man was injured when the vehicle he was driving crashed at 12:37 p.m. Thursday, June 13, on Oak Point Road in the Unorganized Township in rural Cass Lake.

CASS LAKE-A 40-year-old Cass Lake man was injured when the vehicle he was driving crashed at 12:37 p.m. Thursday, June 13, on Oak Point Road in the Unorganized Township in rural Cass Lake.

The Cass County Sheriff's Office reported deputies responded and found a 2005 Dodge Caravan left the roadway, rolling multiple times and ejecting the driver, Edmund Williams, from the vehicle. Williams was treated on scene and transported to a Fargo Hospital via North Memorial AirCare with serious injuries.

Assisting at the scene were Leech Lake Tribal Police, Leech Lake Ambulance, Cass Lake Fire Department and North Memorial Air Care.
