Why are you the best candidate for the job? I have worked 38 years as a licensed psychologist and was the executive director of a community mental health center for 23 years. I managed all aspects of the business to include personnel, financial and budget. I have worked closely with county, state and federal government agencies. I co-established mobile crisis outreach (MCO) in Cass, Crow Wing, Aitkin, Morrison, Todd and Wadena counties. My experience managing a successful business, working with different levels of government and being fiscally responsible for 115 employees has prepared me for the supervisor job in Mission Township.
