Like Nick, a happy 13-year-old kid who enjoys playing football and most everything that can be done outside. He is interested in NASCAR and would like to learn auto mechanics, but his interests also lie in music, cooking and woodworking.
The wonderful thing about mentoring is that you are already equipped to be a great mentor. You bring to the table something unique that Nick does not have in his life-the ability to be his friend.

And mentoring is simple because the most successful relationships are built around common shared activities and interests.
