"Life is an echo. What you send out comes back. What you sow, you reap. What you give, you get. What you see in others exists in you. Remember, life is an echo. It always gets back to you. So give goodness." Unknown
Life is not always fair, and for little Isaac, he knows this first-hand. Isaac has faced some adversity in his life that is hard for most of us to understand, let alone when you are only 8 years old. But Isaac has done so with courage and a kind heart.
Isaac has been waiting for a Kinship mentor for a year and 10 months. He is a sweet and gentle little boy, with quiet spirit; it is hard not to want to take him home! Isaac likes football, wrestling, biking and drawing and if given the opportunity, he would like to go camping, hunting, and four-wheeling.
He recently became part of our Lunch Buddies program, which is during his lunch hour twice a month, but Isaac would really like a caring adult simple to just "do stuff" with him outside of school.
Life is an echo, and Isaac has been calling out. Will your voice be the one that joins his? Please consider mentoring this sweet boy.
