Once again, we are asking for our subscribers help.

With all the snow this year, our carriers are having an extremely difficult time getting papers delivered to our customers. Many of our newspaper tubes have been buried by the massive mounds of snow and our carriers are unable to pull up to them to get the papers into them. There is so much snow when the plows go by, it pushes more snow up over tubes and mailboxes that haven't been cleared out and either knocks them down or buries them further in the mounds.

Our carriers are doing the best they can to continue to provide the best service possible to our customers. Unfortunately, with such a large amount of snow, our carriers are only able to do so much and need your help by keeping the area around your tubes cleared.

If your tube has been hit, call the circulation department directly at 218-855-5810 and we will do our best to find an alternate solution to get your paper delivered or a new tube installed as soon as possible (if possible before the ground thaws).

If you live in the city, have your sidewalk shoveled and free of ice so the carrier can get to your front door safely to ensure delivery of your paper.
