The Brainerd Dispatch business office will close at noon today, Thursday, and will be closed Friday, Christmas Day. Newspapers will be published the rest of the week.
Mail will not be delivered Friday.
Banks and financial institutions will be closed Friday. Most convenience stores will be open during regular business hours Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.
Government offices, including Brainerd and Baxter offices as well as Crow Wing County and Cass County offices, will be closed Friday. Crow Wing County offices will close at noon Thursday.
The Crow Wing County Public Transit will not operate on Christmas Day.

If you are experiencing an emergency, dial 911 or head to the nearest emergency room. This includes suffering chest pain, having trouble breathing, suffering from a trauma, or need care not during UrgentCare or ConvenientCare clinic hours.
Cuyuna Regional Medical Center's physician clinics in Crosby and Baxter will close at noon on Christmas Eve and be closed on Christmas Day. Those needing medical care on those days can access CRMC's Emergency Department.
The Crosby clinic, located inside the main hospital entrance, is open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday and the Baxter Clinic, located at 13205 Isle Drive behind Wal-Mart, is open 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.
