Gail LeBlanc dons a ski mask while walking Tuesday afternoon along East River Road in Brainerd. The temperature Tuesday in Brainerd reached a high of 4 degrees. On Wednesday the high temperature is forecast to be 2 degrees below zero. The National Weather Service in Duluth also issued a wind chill advisory until noon Wednesday, with wind chill values as low as 35 degrees below zero possible. Brainerd Dispatch/Steve Kohls
