A woman suffered injuries that prompted ambulance transport to Essentia Health-St. Joseph's Medical Center after a crash late Thursday afternoon.
The Crow Wing County Sheriff's Office responded to crash about 5:45 p.m. A 2016 Jeep Patriot rear-ended a 2002 Chevrolet Cavalier when the operator of the Cavalier attempted to make a left-hand turn from Wise Road into Jacksonville Drive, just north of Brainerd, the sheriff's office reported.
The driver of the Cavalier, a woman, was transported from the scene with minor injuries by North Memorial ambulance. The driver of the Jeep, also a woman, was not injured in the crash. The identities of both women were unavailable Thursday night.
