BAXTER - Starting Tuesday, Woida Road will be closed to through traffic between Lynwood Drive and Inglewood Drive for construction of sanitary sewer, water and bituminous roadway.
Woida Road is expected to be closed until early November and the City of Baxter will send an official notice of re-opening at that time. The city urges drivers to use caution in the construction zone and expect traffic delays during this construction phase.
