BAXTER-A 67-year-old Crosslake woman was injured Saturday, Dec. 15, when the vehicle she was driving left the roadway and struck a tree on the 14000 block of Forest Drive in Baxter.
The Baxter Police Department reported the crash may have been caused after the woman-Mary K. Blexrud-had a medical issue. Blexrud was transported by North Memorial Ambulance to a hospital, where she later died.
The crash, reported at 11:49 a.m., is under investigation.
