The Cass County Sheriff's Office is investigating an incident where an injured woman was found at 2:55 p.m. Saturday lying near her vehicle on the 900 block of 122nd Street Southwest in Brainerd, located in the southeastern part of Cass County.
The woman was airlifted to North Memorial Medical Center in Robbinsdale.
The Crow Wing County Sheriff's Office assisted the Cass County's sheriff's office at the scene.
Cass County continues to investigate the incident.
