A 36-year-old Breezy Point woman suffered injuries to her hand following a rear-end collision Friday on Highway 371 in Pequot Lakes.
The Minnesota State Patrol reported shortly before 1 p.m. Friday, Ross M. Treadway, 24, St. Cloud, was driving a 2010 Chevrolet pickup southbound on Highway 371. Treadway was stopped in the lane to make a left turn onto Olson Road when a 2010 Ford Fusion driven by Maulina A. Goerges, 36, Breezy Point, rear-ended the pickup.
Treadway suffered no apparent injury. Goerges was transported to Essentia Health-St. Joseph's Medical Center in Brainerd with non-life-threatening injuries. Goerges was wearing her seat belt at the time of the crash and the airbag in the vehicle she was driving deployed, according to the state patrol.
