The Cuyuna Range Youth Center in Crosby has named Megan Cummings as the organization's new program/volunteer coordinator.
Cummings most recently worked as a community health educator for Morrison County Public Health and prior to that worked for the Mille Lacs Band of Ojibwe Public Health. In a news release she noted she enjoys working with teenagers in high-energy settings.
"My role at CRYC will be to to support teens in reaching their full potential and live their best lives," Cummings said in a news release. "We will do this by providing them with activities, opportunities and a safe place to be with their friends."
The organization reopens 4 p.m. Thursday and will resume normal hours of 4-8 p.m. on Thursdays and 4-9 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays. The center's address is 15 Third Ave. SW, Crosby.
