WATER COMPLAINT - Received a report at 3:47 p.m. Tuesday of an overturned sailboat on Whitefish Lake that had righted itself. A deputy responded and learned the boat belonged to Camp Foley and staff was doing exercises with campers and sailboats.
PROPERTY DAMAGE - Jana Cook, 10000 block of Hartley Lake Road, on Tuesday reported damage to her mailbox.
THEFTS - Tucker Dally on Tuesday reported a theft in the Emily area.

THEFTS - Mary Munger, 400 block of Pine Avenue in Motley, Tuesday reported a theft.
Received a report Tuesday of a license plate stolen from a pickup on the 20000 block of Highway 10.
PROPERTY DAMAGE - Lambert Hennes, 9000 block of Cable Road, on Tuesday reported a portable toilet was tipped over.
INVESTIGATION - Received a report Tuesday of criminal sexual conduct that happened 21 years ago. The complainant was informed the case was beyond the statute of limitations and no criminal charges could be filed.
FIRE - Peter Faust, 20000 block of 193rd Street, Tuesday reported lightning struck his barn. Faust said he smelled smoke but saw no fire. The power was out.

CRASH - No injuries were reported after a vehicle struck a road sign at 5:49 p.m. Tuesday at Woida Road and Lynwood Drive. An officer arrived and found the driver was upset over personal issues and collided with the sign in the median.
THEFT - Justin Warling on Tuesday reported the theft of his wallet on the 6000 block of Lake Forest Road.
