Hockey: Aces skate past Lightning

MINNEAPOLIS — Nick Reed and Jake Hyytinen each knocked in a goal as the Northern Lakes Lightning fell to the Achiever Academy Aces 7-2 Saturday.

It was the eighth straight loss for the Lightning and fifth straight win for the Aces.

Josh Maucieri contributed an assist goalie Mitch Stangel saved 37 shots for Northern Lakes.
