Area Boys Basketball: Tigers roar past Upsala

PINE RIVER—Torry Hirschey turned in team-highs for points (16), blocks (5) and assists (6) for the Pine River-Backus Tigers who defeated the Upsala Cardinals 55-50 in a non-conference game Thursday, Jan. 8.

Brady Raph added 15 points and Louis Bueckers finished with 14 for the 8-1 Tigers.
