College Softball: Central Lakes collects 2 over Itasca

Haley Youngbauer finished a weekend sweep of Itasca 4-for-7 with three RBIs, three runs and three stolen bases as the Central Lakes College Raiders recorded 9-0 and 8-4 victories Saturday, April 20.

In Game One, Lindsay Hendrickson was 2-3 with two doubles, three RBIs and a run scored.

Youngbauer was 2-3 with two RBIs, a stolen base and a run and Cassidy Zontelli drove in two runs and scored once.

Kallie Plantenbeg scattered four hits over five innings. She walked none and struck out three.

Kali Mammenga allowed two earned runs on six hits and two walks. She struck out six.

Youngbauer went 2-4 with two runs, two stolen bases and an RBI.

Lisa Kossan was 2-4 with two RBIs a run and a triple. Hendrickson, Plantenberg and Sydney Forbord all went 1-3 with an RBI and a run and Mammenga collected two hits.
