Passed away July 9, 2020, in Longview, WA. A Celebration Of Life will be held July 10, 2021, at 1:00 p.m. at 10914 Five Mile Rd. in Brainerd, Minn.

Chad is survived by Parents: Doug and Tina; Children: Andrew, Zachary, and Trynity; Brother: Edward; Sister: Peggy; Nieces: Jaide and Makayla; Nephews: Jared and Carter; Great Niece: Clara; Great Nephew: Landon; Grandparents: James and Jan Munsch; Many Aunts, Uncles, Cousins and MANY friends.
