Debra R. (Katzenberger) Iverson

Debra R. (Katzenberger) Iverson passed away Saturday December 5th, 2020 at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN of COVID-19 complications at the age of 61.
Deb was born July 15th, 1959 in Crosby, MN to Duane and Laura (Pat) (King) Katzenberger.
Deb grew up in the Merrifield, MN area and attended school in Brainerd, graduating in 1978.
Deb worked as a cook, bartender and cleaned cabins where she developed many life long friendships.
She suffered from a hereditary Alpha-One Antitripsin deficiency which affected her lungs and kidneys. After 18 years on oxygen, she received a donor lung on July 18th, 2019.
Deb met the love of her life and was united in marriage to Tim Iverson and joined his family.
Deb loved her family, many friends and her fur-babies. Her hobbies included reading, horseback riding (in her younger years), 4 wheeling fishing, playing games on her computer, traveling and weekend getaways with her siblings.
Deb was preceded in death by her parents, Duane and Marilyn Katzenberger and Laura (Pat) and Carl Loerzel, brothers, Jim and Terry Katzenberger, paternal grandparents, Arnie and Sylvia Katzenberger and Robert and Myrtle King.
Left to cherish her memory are, husband Tim, daughters Katie and Kassie, siblings, Wanda (Tom) Pawlowski, Carl Loerzel, JR, Bradley Katzenberger, Randy (Gail) Loerzel, Kim (Clarence) Welle, Tammie (Steve) LaDoux, Tammy (Pat) McGovern, Tracy (Dan) Carner, Lori (Craig) Stowell, and Jason (Tricia) Katzenberger, many nephews and nieces, cousins and friends.
Services and a celebration of life will follow at a later date.
