Donald Walter Castle

Donald Walter Castle (Don) passed away November 22, 2020, in Clarksville, Arkansas. Don was born in Watertown, South Dakota on December 19, 1953 to Walt and Lois Castle. He spent much of his life in Brainerd, Minnesota after his family moved there in 1965. He graduated from Brainerd High School in 1972 where he was a member of the swim team and from Brainerd Community College in 1976. He enjoyed bow hunting with his friends in Camp Ripley and fishing every chance he got.

Don is preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by his sisters Karon Garen, Lynda (Phil) Laumeyer, Julie (Jeff) Koep, his brother Tom (Anne) Castle and many nieces and nephews.

The family requests memorials be sent to the local Salvation Army. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
