Harley John Hochstetter

Harley John Hochstetter, age 68 of Coon Rapids, formerly of Brainerd passed away surrounded by loved ones on December 17th, 2020. Preceded in death by parents, Jacob and Hattie Hochstetter; and brother, James Hochstetter. He will be deeply missed by his daughter, Missy (Jason) Halvorson; and grandsons, Sam and Max; sisters, Loretta (Terry) Chavez-Bartlett, Joyce (Ben) Kermmoade, Jaci (Roger) Peterson, Alleen (Roger) Converse, and Linda Boisjolie (Jere Miller); along with nieces, nephews, and an abundance of friends. Harley was most proud of his grandsons and spent many hours cheering them on in everything they did. He had a deep love for the water and enjoyed many fishing trips to Canada where he found peace in his boat. Harley will be remembered as a fun, loving, and caring person who devoted himself to making others feel important and cared for. He was passionate about AA, which saved his life and in return he saved many other lives as well. His presence will be deeply missed within their community. The relationship he had with his daughter Missy was filled with unconditional love and they were each otherโs strongest support system. Due to covid, there is no service planned at this time.
