Ross W. Duda, 68, of Monroe, WA lost his battle with Cancer on May 22, 2020 in the Seattle V.A. Hospital. He was born Feb. 2, 1952 in Bertha MN to Lloyd and Elinore Duda, and was a 1970 Brainerd High School graduate. Ross served honorably in the United States Air Force from 1971 to 1975 repairing cameras mounted on military planes. He loved the Seattle, WA area and was proud to call it home. When Ross wasn’t working, he could be found exploring the Mountains, Forests, and Oceans of the Pacific N.W., either in his car, kayak, on his Harley or on foot. Ross retired after working many years in Tool/Machine Maintenance for Canyon Creek Cabinet Company. He will be missed by family and friends from both MN and WA.
Ross is survived by siblings, Rachel (Gene) Woodhouse, Gary (Sue) Duda, Gail (Keith) Peters, Carrie (Neal) Flotterud, sister-in-law Jane Reimer Morgan, many nieces, nephews, and cousins. He was proceeded in death by his parents Lloyd and Elinore Duda, Brother Dan Duda and great nephew Everett Wieber. Private interment will be held at a later date.
