Patrick Cook (42)-loving father, caring son & brother, kind friend- passed away Sunday, April 5, 2020, at his residence in Portland, OR.

Born on September 16, 1977 to Don & Sherry, Patrick had a truly unique soul. As a young boy rarely would you see him without a smile; he was funny, quirky and quick witted.

Over the years Patrick’s artistic flare began to shine. He was a talented artist & craftsman who loved putting his mind & hands to work creating personal masterpieces for his family.

Patrick’s truest & deepest love was his daughter, Adysen. There was never a moment that he was not amazed with the beautiful human she was & took great pride in the spectacular adult she had grown into.

Patrick will be deeply missed every day.

Patrick is survived by his daughter, Adysen Cook; mother, Sherry Holmes; father, Don (Jan) Cook; sisters, Amy Erdmann & Dona (Bill) Fickett; brothers, Scott & Tony Baltes; Nieces & Nephews, Moranda, Michael, Ashton, Cadence & Avery.
