Preceded in death by parents, John & Josephine (Cheslakowski) Smolik; siblings, Ernest (Francis), Edwin (Ester) & John Jr. “Pete” Smolik, Janet (Albert) Pence, Frances (Robert) Graham & Genevieve (Theodore) Nelson. Survived by wife of 72 years, Grace; children, Ronald (Sofie) Smolik, Lola Michalak-Dreyfuss (Daniel), Wendy Pierzina & Roger (Gaby) Smolik; grandchildren, Lucas, Jessica, Sarah, Lena, Jocelyn, Michael, Dakota & Madison; 8 great-grandchildren; many nieces, nephews & other relatives. Funeral service at Glen Cary Lutheran Church (15531 Central Ave. NE, Ham Lake, MN) Saturday at 12 Noon with visitation beginning at 11 AM.
