Robert Holsapple Feb 24, 1934 - Feb 29, 2020

Robert Harold Holsapple, age 86 of the Gull Lake area, passed away on Saturday, February 29, 2020 in Walker at the May Creek Cottages. Bob was born on February 24, 1934 in Daggetbrook Township to Benjamin & Lavada (Lumsden) Holsapple. He was a custodian for the Brainerd school district and a carpenter. He married Mabel Miller and together they 2 children. After Mabel passed away, years later he married Marlene.

Left to cherish his memory are his wife, Marlene; son, Levi (Wendy) Holsapple; grandchildren, Ronald (Tiffany) Lamere, Joseph (Amanda) Holsapple, Katie (Marc) Heuer and Amanda (Mark) Fry; 4 great granddaughters, Lillian, Evelyn, Marylynn and Allison; step children: Teri (Randy) Burrows, Jan (Curt) Gilbertson, Gerry Holsapple, Rodney Holsapple; 5 step grandchildren; 4 step great grandchildren.

Bob is preceded in death by his parents; first wife, Mabel; daughter, Vicki Lamere; 11 siblings.

Funeral service for Bob will be held on Saturday, March 7, 2020 at 11AM at Casino Assembly of God Church. Visitation will be held on Friday, March 6, 2020 from 4-7PM at Halvorson Taylor Life Events Center (512 S 8th St, Brainerd) and one hour prior to the service, Saturday at the Church.
