An avid reader, he enjoyed sharing his knowledge with friends. He spent his life living in the country, where Ron canned fruits and vegetables from his bountiful gardens and appreciated the beauty of nature and wildlife around him. He helped construct and maintain a hunting shack in Montana – a spot where he cherished time with friends.

He is survived by his sisters, Pam Loss (Dan Ricker) and Terri Reetz (David); nephews and nieces; and many cousins. He was preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Nicholas Loss and Darold Loss; and numerous uncles and aunts. Nelson – Doran Funeral Home www.nelson-doran.com 218.829.4755
