Sandy Sachs Elijah

Sandy Sachs Elijah passed away November 2. 2020 peacefully at her current home in Seattle Washington She is survived by her husband of 46 years, Herschel Elijah, a son Benjamin, a daughter Rebecca Hardyman and three grandchildren. Her extended family included many foreign students and her adopted daughters who are still at home, Annabelle and Selena. She was preceded in death by her parents Lamont and Pearl Sachs. Her surviving siblings include Pamela Sachs of Brainerd and Lamont Sachs Jr of Randall. She was a 1970 graduate of Brainerd High School and attended the University of Minnesota Duluth for two years before her marriage. Sandy’s career began when the family moved to Washington where Herschel was employed as an engineer for the Navy. She was a very successful Coldwell Banker Park Shore Rental Agent until her recent retirement. Funeral arrangements were private.
