June is Dairy Month and the dairy farmers in Crow Wing County, the Brainerd FFA and Culver's in Baxter are celebrating by hosting a cow milking contest at 1 p.m. Wednesday, June 21.
Area dignitaries including Sen. Carrie Ruud, Rep. Josh Heintzeman, Father Daniel Weiske and dairy ambassadors will be participating. There will also be a name the calf contest and frozen custard eating contest.
