It's time to close the Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) program that Congress

set into law as it appears to be complex and has created problems that now includes

a lawsuit. In typical fashion, Congress tried to "fix" the problems with the Band-Aid

approach and now it is worse.

When a group gets their paycheck from taxpayer dollars and then sues the taxpayers

for government incompetence, something is wrong. It was a good idea but, as with all

good ideas, there are complications that create more problems.

How many of us have signed loan papers containing many legal pages without reading and absorbing what it actually is saying?

In my opinion, the government shouldn't be in the loan business or the bail-out business.
